We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd let park on my own property. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we handle it before the day is out.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I'm the one calling you before you have to reach out to us.

We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you tell us to come get it.
